As my regular readers know, I don’t do politics much on my blog… there are tons of other sites doing that full-time. However, when the politics steps over into outright blasphemy, then its worth a mention.
“One of the hottest selling items at the Democratic National Convention is a 2013 calendar titled “Keep the Dream” that features 16 flattering photos of the First Family and their dogs. In honor of the President’s birth month, a picture of Obama’s birth certificate was used for August. The caption read “Heaven Sent” and proceeded to quote John 3:16 underneath, as if he were the actual Messiah. Yes, you read that right. John 3:16 being used not in a mention of God’s Only Son, Jesus Christ, but to imply that OBAMA was sent by God to save the world on August 4th, 1961.
A “hottest selling item” at the DNC
Can you even imagine a conservative allowing such sycophantic adulation much less embarrassing blasphemous “worship”?
- That this item is even for sale at the DNC says a buttload about the people there.
- That it is a hot selling item confirms where the Democrat party is headed.
- That it is not being immediately removed and renounced by anyone in the Obama campaign says even more.
- That Obama allows it tells us all we need to know about him.
You can bet one word from The One and this item would disappear. It was bad enough Obama didn’t put a stop to liberal school teachers indoctrinating children with “we love Obama” songs… to allow himself to be presented in a way that is clearly insulting and in fact blasphemous to the Savior he CLAIMS to serve, is inexcusable.
